A VALID PROFESSIONAL LICENSE AND TITLE CERTIFICATE ARE MANDATORY. Minimum experience: 2–3 years of teaching experience in higher education institutions and/or 3–5 years of professional experience. Technical knowledge: Educational research Teacher evaluation Academic indicator management Academic project design ICT proficiency (G-Suite for Education, Open edX, Zoom) Intermediate-level Microsoft Office Excel · Main responsibilities · Evaluate teachers and deliver evaluation results to requesting academic departments, both on-site and online. Provide pedagogical counseling and support to teachers scoring below 80 points in evaluations, as well as technical and logistical development of teacher training courses. Monitor candidates undergoing the Tlamatini Certification and Puebla–Tehuacán Faculty Categorization processes. Participate in university-established improvement programs and projects. Collaborate in evaluation processes for candidates delivering demonstration classes.
