***Organizational Development Coordinator in the Food Industry (Puebla)***
***Job Objective***
Ensure the operational execution of training and development processes within the organization by delivering courses, identifying training needs, coordinating with external providers, and strengthening internal communication—thereby contributing to personnel development, particularly in production-related areas such as manufacturing and warehousing.
***Job Requirements***
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Experience: Prior experience in training and organizational development.
* Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in teams, proactivity, and goal-oriented mindset.
***Operational Training: Deliver onboarding courses for newly hired staff.***
* Implement internal training programs (technical, operational, and administrative).
* Coordinate course logistics (materials, attendance lists, assessments, evidence).
* Monitor the annual training plan.
* Support evaluation of training effectiveness.
***Training Needs Identification***
* Collaborate with area leaders to identify training needs.
* Conduct plant walkthroughs (production, warehouses) to detect improvement opportunities.
* Develop training diagnostics focused on operational staff.
Supplier Management: Research and propose external courses, workshops, and training providers.
Organizational Development
Support implementation of organizational development initiatives.
Internal Communication
Support dissemination of internal announcements.
Internal Activations and Events
Organize and execute internal activities (campaigns, team-building exercises, events).
Administration and Control: Maintain up-to-date training records.
* Request quotations and coordinate external training services.
* Monitor proper execution of contracted services.
* Participate in workplace climate and organizational culture activities.
* Propose improvements to training and development processes.
* Develop informational materials (posters, notices, internal campaigns).
* Ensure information reaches operational staff.
* Support celebrations, activations, and institutional programs.
* Manage evidence (attendance lists, certificates, DC\-3, etc.).
* Support audits related to training.
Salary: $35,000\.00 \- $40,000\.00 per month
