Description
At **Truck\-Lite México**, we are seeking an analytical and detail\-oriented **ECN Engineer** to ensure the proper evaluation, approval, and implementation of engineering changes across our automotive manufacturing lines, minimizing risks to products and the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
* **Change Management:** Fully manage technical change requests and notifications (EWR / ECN) and update drawings and bills of materials (BOM).
* **Document Control and Compliance:** Upload analytical information, photographs, and weights into regulatory compliance databases for foreign trade (import, export, and Carta Porte Complement / CCP).
* **Floor Asset Control:** Register and audit existing fixed assets on production lines using MS Excel and perform physical tagging of validated equipment.
* **Material Logistics:** Perform physical and digital receipt in the corporate system (10IMGE) for unreleased part numbers and coordinate shipping guides with the Traffic department.
* **Manufacturing Validation:** Provide direct floor support for tracking and physical validation of work sample runs.
Minimum Requirements:
* **Education:** Completed degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering or related field.
* **Experience:** 1 year or more in engineering configuration control or manufacturing technical support within the automotive sector.
* **Language:** Advanced English (ability to interact with corporate and international customer requirements).
* **Technical Tools:** Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (plant layouts), and familiarity with or foundational knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, etc.) and IATF 16949\.
