Your mission will be to maintain the health of our client portfolio and ensure consistent cash flow. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in business-to-business (B2B) or retail collections. * **Education:** Completed or incomplete bachelor's degree in administrative fields. * **Software:** Prior experience using (SAE). * Up-to-date knowledge of invoicing. Main Responsibilities: * Telephone-based portfolio management and recovery. * Analysis and granting of credit lines to new clients. * Account reconciliation and aging balance reporting. * Negotiation of payment agreements with key accounts.
