




Overview: Use Calibri 18 font here Responsibilities: * Develop and establish methods, procedures, and operational parameters for each of the processes involved in the manufacturing of ceramic fixtures. * Evaluate the performance of current production processes and use technical knowledge and tools to identify and implement performance improvement and cost reduction projects. * Implement process control to optimize operations and improve performance by reducing waste and rework. * Use appropriate techniques to assess process capabilities, define necessary improvements, establish required work plans to control and predict outcomes, ensuring proper application of data analysis methodologies in each case. * Execute projects through the stages of definition, measurement, analysis, improvement, and control when required by case complexity, but also implement immediate improvement projects when dealing with proven solutions or implementation of Best Practices. * Participate in the development and introduction of new products and processes, validate obtained results, and assist as needed in the definition, development, and implementation of investment projects. * Support the implementation of the environmental management system. * Actively support compliance with the environmental management system policy. * Accept and actively participate in the environmental management system process.
