Collaboration on complex system integration projects Description and Details of Responsibilities **Under indirect supervision, this position develops and implements software and system integration solutions to support the digitization of plant processes, reduce human errors, eliminate repetitive tasks, and ensure reliable and timely information for decision-making.** * Conducts periodic meetings with internal plant customers across all departments to understand needs and translate them into technically viable, scalable, and sustainable solutions. * Maintains continuous and proactive communication with customers according to their needs, providing updates on project status, progress, and developments. * Develops automation solutions for reports, logs, kiosks, information dashboards (Tiers), and records from any department. * Designs, develops, updates, and maintains applications using systems and platforms approved by Printpack. * Administers databases ensuring data integrity, availability, reliability, and traceability. * Connects data from equipment, machines, and local systems with platforms such as Historian, Data Parc, and visualization systems. * Performs functional testing, code debugging, and validation of implemented solutions. * Manages simultaneous requests and projects, prioritizing based on business impact, urgency, and value. * Ensures compliance with information security policies and corporate guidelines in all developed solutions. * Collaborates with corporate departments, vendors, and other departments as required for authorizations, technical alignment, or specialized support. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering with strong focus on systems, or related fields. * 3 years of experience in programming and developing digital solutions within industrial environments. * Programming languages oriented toward automation and data analysis (Python, C#, JavaScript or similar). * Relational database knowledge and proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, data handling). * Understanding of software architecture and best development practices (design patterns, clean code, version control). * Experience with data historian systems and industrial analytics software (Historian, Data Parc, etc.). * Development of internal applications and automation solutions. * Analysis, documentation, and digitization of operational and administrative processes. * Data management, ensuring data integrity, availability, and reliability. * Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar). * System integration via APIs (Application Programming Interface), connectors, or automation tools. * Advanced English (reading, writing, and technical speaking skills sufficient to deliver fluent project presentations and/or participate in negotiation processes).
