Capable of leading complex multi-channel distribution operations, managing high-performing teams, and ensuring alignment between logistics and business objectives. **Key Responsibilities: Strategic Supply Chain Management** * Design and implement logistics strategies that optimize costs, delivery times, and service levels. * Ensure efficient planning and coordination of product distribution to retail channels, marketplaces, physical stores, and distributors. * Define, monitor, and ensure compliance with logistics KPIs such as OTIF, service level, distribution costs, and route efficiency. * Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Customer Service departments to align logistics operations with business demand. **Warehouse, Inventory, and Distribution Management** * Manage finished-goods warehouses, ensuring inventory control and minimizing shrinkage. * Implement and optimize picking, packing, and cross-docking processes. * Supervise material handling, storage, and dispatch according to quality, safety, and efficiency standards. * Ensure proper inventory management across distribution centers and points of sale. **Transportation and Product Delivery** * Design and optimize distribution routes to minimize costs and improve delivery times. * Manage and coordinate carriers, third-party logistics providers, parcel delivery companies, and in-house fleets. * Supervise reverse logistics processes (returns and claims), ensuring cost control and customer satisfaction. * Implement strategies to reduce transportation damage and enhance end-customer experience. **Supplier and Logistics Cost Management** * Negotiate with transportation and warehousing suppliers to secure competitive pricing and optimal service levels. * Analyze and optimize logistics costs while maintaining service quality. * Evaluate supplier and carrier performance using efficiency and service indicators. **Technology and Continuous Improvement** * Implement and manage technological tools such as ERP, WMS, and TMS to optimize logistics operations. * Develop and execute continuous improvement plans across the supply chain. * Analyze logistics trends, innovations, and best practices to strengthen company competitiveness. **Profile Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of **5 to 7 years** of experience in logistics and supply chain management. * Advanced knowledge of route planning, warehouse management, and distribution. * Proven experience negotiating with logistics suppliers. * Proficiency in technological tools: ERP, WMS, and TMS. * Strong analytical capability and results orientation. * Leadership, team management, and negotiation skills. * Strategic thinking, operational planning, and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to manage crises and make decisions under pressure.
