




Job Summary: Coordinate and process sales, respond to customer requests, and ensure continuity of commercial processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and sales management 2. Internal coordination to ensure processes 3. Support for commercial improvement projects Experience in: Customer service, sales administration. Intermediate Excel (pivot tables and basic formulas). Proficiency in PC and enterprise systems (ERP/CRM preferred). Use of WhatsApp for customer service. Responsibilities: * Process and track sales/orders received via email, internal systems, WhatsApp, and telephone. * Respond promptly to customer requests with solution-oriented approaches. * Coordinate information with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, credit and collections, etc.) to ensure process continuity. * Record, validate, and update order information and status. * Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams. * Support commercial process projects and improvements.
