Today, we are opening the position of **Credit and Collections Manager**, a key role to ensure the company’s financial health and strengthen relationships with our customers. **Position Objective** Supervise the client portfolio, identify outstanding balances, coordinate recovery strategies, and ensure achievement of collection targets—maintaining efficient and transparent management. **Key Responsibilities** * Review and apply customer payments to accounts receivable daily. * Collaborate with the sales team to expedite and secure the recovery of outstanding balances. * Administer and monitor legal accounts receivable. * Design and coordinate collection strategies to increase revenue recovery. * Manage billing processes, payment application, and credit follow-up. * Identify and resolve issues related to invoicing, credit notes, and commercial terms. **Benefits** * **Monthly salary:** $16,000 before taxes (average weekly payment: $3,176.83) * **Savings fund:** *Upon completing one year, you will receive a $38,400 savings fund.* * **Monthly KPI bonus:** average of $2,333. * **May tenure bonus:** * First year: pro-rated at 15 days’ salary. * From the second year onward: 30 days’ salary. * **Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo):** 30 days’ salary starting from the second year. * **Statutory benefits from day one:** IMSS, profit-sharing, vacation, INFONAVIT, FONACOT. * **Additional 30 days for maternity leave.** * **Life insurance and funeral services coverage.** * **Discounts on group products.** * **Salary increases and career development plan.** * **Additional days off beyond statutory requirements.** * **Permanent employment contract effective upon completion of the fourth month.** **Work Schedule** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch break). * **Saturday:** 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. **Location** Calle Barranco Azul 5964, Col. Nuevo Hipódromo, C.P. 32674, **Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.** **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school (preparatory level). * Experience in: credit and collections, accounts payable and/or accounts receivable. * Proficiency in **Excel**, Microsoft Office suite, and SAT platforms. * Analytical ability, administrative organization, and results-oriented mindset.
