**Position:** Payroll Analyst **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field **Experience in:** 2 years in payroll preparation, review and processing, employee onboarding and offboarding) **Knowledge of:** * Federal Labor Law * Income Tax (ISR) applicable to salaries and wages * Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS): types of disabilities, work-related risks * National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (Infonavit): fixed quota, discount factor or percentage * Payroll schemes * Taxable and exempt income for ISR purposes * Calculation of severance pay and final settlements (concepts applied in each case) * Calculation of profit-sharing (PTU) and Christmas bonus (aguinaldo) **Schedule and benefits:** * Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. * Salary: $17,500 gross \+ statutory benefits * Willingness to relocate to other offices, only if required * Location: Reforma 300 IMMEDIATE HIRING!!!
