Ability to work under pressure We are looking for a Cook A Job Responsibilities: Assist with cleaning and disinfecting equipment, work areas, and culinary tools Use machinery and utensils correctly Know disinfection procedures and safe food handling practices Handle and serve from both hot and cold kitchen lines Know and perform vegetable and fruit cuts Prepare and condition raw materials for service Prepare daily meals Apply appropriate techniques for dish preparation Use required raw materials while minimizing waste and ingredient loss Inspect products to ensure they are in good condition Label products to facilitate handling Store products according to the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system Comply with health and safety policies for food and beverage handling Store prepared raw materials following hygiene standards and proper labeling Specific Competencies: \-Cooking skill and passion. \-Willingness to follow instructions. \-Ability to work under pressure.
