




Overview: Use Calibri 18 font here Responsibilities: Supervise human and material resources to meet the assigned production schedule, ensuring that procedures and work instructions are followed to guarantee product conformity, personnel safety, and organizational integrity. * Organize human and material resources to meet the assigned production schedule. * Supervise that tools and equipment for operation are in optimal condition for use. * Supervise that operational staff know the control plan and implement it to ensure product conformity. * Ensure documented procedures and work instructions from the Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment Management System are carried out to achieve product conformity, and verify they are available in the work area. * Supervise that non-conforming products are handled according to established procedures. * Prepare daily reports on rejected and non-conforming products, detailing their causes, as well as reports on generated waste; these reports must be submitted daily to Production Coordination. * Review raw and burned waste attributable to your area on a daily basis. * Decide containment actions when any issue affects operational stability and immediately inform the Production Coordinator. * Inform operators of engineering changes and ensure compliance with procedures and work instructions provided by Process Engineering. * Propose corrective, preventive, and/or containment actions to ensure product conformity. * Verify that records required by the Quality and Safety Management System are maintained. * Conduct process inventory during the assigned shift. * Supervise and advise SMART TEAM groups. * Supervise that personnel under your responsibility are competent (education, ability, and knowledge) to perform assigned tasks, and verify their certification. * Ensure personnel under your supervision comply with the assigned training program. * Supervise that equipment receives preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure operational continuity. * Manage incidents and overtime for operational staff and submit them to Human Resources. * Accept and promote the Environmental Management System. * Actively support compliance with the environmental management system policy. * Accept and actively participate in the environmental management system processes. * Identify, ensure compliance, and follow up on operational controls, as well as risks and opportunities related to environmental aspects. * Promote and enforce compliance with the environmental management system policy. * Manage change processes related to the environmental management system. * Promote compliance with operational controls, risks, and opportunities. * Fulfill the roles and responsibilities of the quality management system as described in document FT\-EHS\-49\-00\.
