**MOLINO LA ROSALEDA SA DE CV** (food industry company dedicated to the production of sliced bread, toast bread, and cookies) **We are seeking: Quality Analyst** **Responsibilities:** \- Develop, review, and approve procedures related to the Integrated Management System. \- Contribute to the development of the HACCP Plan and oversee food defense and food fraud prevention programs. \- Verify that products, raw materials, and packaging materials comply with specifications, ensuring their safety. **Requirements:** \- Demonstrable knowledge of GMPs, GDPs, GLPs, HACCP, applicable regulations, food microbiology, allergen control, KPIs, analytical methods, and sensory evaluation; familiarity with FSSC 22000 and handling of non-conforming products. \- Bachelor’s degree and/or engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Systems, Processes, Chemistry, or related field. \- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position. **Benefits:** \- Above-average Christmas bonus \- Profit-sharing \- Salary increase Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 per month Work schedule: * Monday to Saturday Workplace: On-site employment Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 \- $13,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
