Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to support the logistics department’s operational management, including route assignment and delivery and operator tracking. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Logistics Assistant**, results-oriented, with the ability to support the logistics department’s operational management. You will be responsible for assisting the Coordinator in assigning routes to operators and tracking deliveries to internal and external customers. **Responsibilities:** \- Support in planning delivery routes to optimize time and resources. \- Monitoring of routes assigned to operators. \- Coordination with operators to verify cargo loading and unloading. \- Review and ensure vehicles carry correct documentation. \- Support in addressing any on-route incidents (driver, customer, and/or sales representative). **Knowledge Requirements:** * Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Microsip preferred or experience with any ERP system. * GPS monitoring experience preferred. **Requirements:** Ages 28 to 40. Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related field. 2 years of experience in a similar position. Work Location and Schedule: Camino Real a San Andrés \#1811, Residencial Zavaleta, San Andrés Cholula. Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM **Offer:** \- Tax-free salary. \- Statutory benefits.
