Throughout our experience, we have successfully managed each of our projects under high standards of quality and customer satisfaction, consistently delivering favorable results for our clients. **Our Business Units:** * **Construction:** Turnkey civil, industrial, retail, and corporate projects. * **Implementation:** Electromechanical, SCI, and specialized maintenance and installations. * **Real Estate:** Purchase, sale, and rental of high-value homes, commercial premises, and industrial warehouses. * **Legal Department:** Corporate law, government procedures, and contract negotiation. **Job Requirements:** We are seeking a **Construction Control Resident (Estimates)** to prepare and monitor administrative controls generated on-site, such as estimates, extras, supplies, etc., as well as payment requests. * **Statutory benefits** * **Base salary** * **Monday to Saturday** * **Continuous training** **Education:** * Industrial or Civil Engineering. * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. **Additional Training:** * Project Management * Project Tracking and Control Tools **Experience:** More than 4 years in this role. **Competencies:** Leadership, logistics management, planning, problem solving, teamwork, effective communication, technological tool proficiency, organization, time management, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, flexibility, stress management, results-oriented, responsibility, customer service, time administration. **Technical and Administrative Skills:** * Knowledge of Construction Regulations and Codes. * Experience preparing estimates and generators. * Knowledge of construction materials. * Project Planning. * Analysis and Problem Solving: Ability to identify problems, analyze possible solutions, and implement the most appropriate one. * Intermediate Microsoft 365 proficiency: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * MS Project and AutoCAD proficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze and understand projects: engineering documents, budgets, contractors, bill-of-materials breakdowns. * Support project planning. * Ensure compliance with the financial schedule. * Understand the client’s reconciliation process for validation of estimates, extras, and additions. * Prepare and submit estimates and generators timely and accurately, ensuring client validation—including extras, regular items, and additions. * Prepare and control the format for extras, as well as track them for client validation. * Maintain the site change control log. * Prepare PU (Price Updates) for extras and request validation from the Cost and Budgeting Department. * Prepare control forms: Work Progress, Extras, Estimates, Workforce. * Weekly review and validation of contractors’ estimates and generators. * Support planned procurement of required supplies. * Request contractor estimate payments once validated by the site coordinator. * Conduct administrative closeout of projects with clients and contractors. * Manage petty cash. * Request personnel onboarding and offboarding at the site, as well as support HR with any on-site personnel requirements. * Request payments for services, accommodation, per diems, etc. * Request monthly SUA (IMSS) payments from contractors, linked to Siroc.
