Logistical coordination of documents Job Objective To manage, process, and track documents, permits, and procedures before public and private entities, ensuring their correct execution on time and in accordance with requirements. Main Responsibilities * Prepare, review, and submit files to government and private agencies. * Monitor the status of procedures promptly and resolve issues. * Maintain order and up-to-date records in databases and archives (physical and digital). * Coordinate logistics for document delivery and collection. * Prepare progress reports for assigned procedures. * Ensure compliance with deadlines and applicable regulations. Essential Requirements * **Education:** Completed high school diploma. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience as a Procedures Agent. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Excel and Word). * Familiarity with **customs procedures**. * Valid motorcycle driver's license.
