Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions. ##### **Project description** We are looking for a Fullstack Developer (Angular/.NET) to support critical digital platforms within the IT Technical \& Production LATAM organization. This role is focused on development support, bug fixing, feature enhancements, and ongoing maintenance for business\-critical solutions used across multiple LATAM markets. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in enterprise application development, a problem\-solving mindset, and the ability to work across both frontend and backend components in a dynamic regional environment. ##### **Responsibilities** Develop, maintain, and support fullstack applications using Angular and .NET technologies. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production defects and system issues in a timely manner. Implement enhancements and new features based on business and operational requirements. Design, build, and maintain backend APIs and services to support frontend functionality and system integrations. Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including business stakeholders, product owners, QA, and DevOps to deliver reliable solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management activities. Ensure application performance, maintainability, scalability, and adherence to development best practices. Support ongoing maintenance, documentation, and continuous improvement across multiple platforms and environments. ##### **Skills** Must have Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer working with Angular and .NET / C\#. Strong knowledge of web application development, REST APIs, and frontend\-backend integration. Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing enterprise applications in production environments. Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and application data flows. Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. Ability to work effectively in Agile or cross\-functional delivery teams. Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills. Professional working proficiency in English. Nice to have Experience supporting multi\-country or regional business platforms. Exposure to cloud\-hosted enterprise applications and modern deployment practices. Experience with multilingual applications or solutions serving diverse user groups. Knowledge of manufacturing, safety, quality, or operations\-related digital platforms.
