Job Summary: We are seeking a Driver to operate and maintain vehicles, transport personnel and packages, and assist in asset and inventory management at an educational institution. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of motor vehicles and transportation of up to 50 passengers 2. Defensive driving and automotive maintenance 3. Delivery of packages and official documents DRIVER **Minimum Education:** Basic education or preferably upper secondary education. **Desired Experience:** At least 1 year in a similar position. **Knowledge/Skills:** Technical Knowledge: * Operate motor vehicles and/or transportation vehicles accommodating up to 50 passengers * Defensive driving * Service-oriented attitude * Automotive maintenance * Delivery of official documents * Inspection of control points * Collaborative work * Knowledge of highways and major cities * Class B driver's license **General Responsibilities:** * Operate motor vehicles and/or official transportation vehicles for the * Universidad Politécnica. * Maintain and monitor official vehicles regarding cleaning, * maintenance, and service control. * Deliver packages and official documents of the Universidad Politécnica. * Assist in the procurement and supply process of assets. * Support inventory and custody processes. * Drive the vehicle in compliance with established legal regulations and ordinances. * Transport students and/or staff as requested. * Inspect and verify general mechanical conditions of the vehicle and legal documents based on the internal checklist. * Clean assigned official vehicles. * Record mileage traveled and fuel consumed. * Monitor the vehicle's condition during each trip and promptly report any anomalies or malfunctions. * Record and control each transportation and transfer service performed. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday; 3 days from 8:00 to 16:00 and 2 days from 10:00 to 18:00 **Gross Monthly Salary:** $8,866\.74 gross plus $1,408\.10 in food vouchers. **Benefits:** IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute), 40-day bonus (aguinaldo), 24-day vacation premium, and vacation time aligned with the academic calendar, proportionally granted upon completion of six consecutive months of service. **Please send your CV to: reclutamiento@upgto.edu.mx** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $8,866\.74 per month Benefits: * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Education: * Incomplete or ongoing high school diploma (Mandatory) Experience: * Experience as a delivery driver: 2 years (Desirable) License/Certification: * Federal Class C driver's license (Desirable) * Federal Class B driver's license (Desirable) * Federal Class A driver's license (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
