Job Summary: Arrow Electronics is seeking a Warehouse Leader to manage operations, support and guide staff, and collaborate with leaders to achieve goals and metrics. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on quality and process monitoring **Position:** Warehouse Leader \- Shift 1 **Job Description:** **Shift Hours:** 6:00 AM \- 1:15 PM, Monday through Saturday. **Overtime:** As required. Arrow Electronics is seeking a Warehouse Leader to join the team **What You Will Do:** * Responsible for managing Area operations. * Provide support and guidance to team members in problem resolution. * Guide associates in achieving area objectives. * Collaborate with leaders and supervisors to achieve company goals and metrics. * Focus on quality and process monitoring. * Coordinate with the sales team to ensure OTD and OTIF. * Monitor team performance hour-by-hour (HxH). **What We Are Looking For:** * Experience managing personnel * Experience with cycle counts * Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office * Availability for full-time work * Availability for overtime work * Experience: 5 years of warehouse experience **What We Offer:** At Arrow, we recognize that competitive financial compensation and strong benefits are key components of an ideal job.
