Required Profile Completed high school or technical degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and telecommunications equipment repair. Interest in customer attention and service. Residence near the workplace area. Responsibilities Provide first- and second-level technical support to Apple users. Deliver personalized customer service and issue resolution. Follow up on completed services. Promote and sell additional services. Meet established metrics and performance indicators. We Offer Base monthly salary: $9,900.00 gross. Apple Certified Macintosh Technician certification. Benefits and perks exceeding legal requirements. Monthly food vouchers: $350. Monthly face-value bonus: $1,000. Profit-sharing (approx. 3 months). Salary increase at the fourth month. Life insurance. Savings fund. Attendance bonus: 12.5% of gross salary (upon permanent hiring). Commissions of 9% to 20% on services performed.
