Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise the comprehensive execution of urban development projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality, schedule, and budget, and resolving technical issues. Urban Development Coordinator Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise the comprehensive execution of urban development projects * Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality, schedule, and budget * Monitor the following works: * Earthworks * Roadways * Hydro-sanitary and stormwater networks * Electrification and lighting * Ancillary works * Coordination of contractors, on-site supervision, and material supply * Control and monitoring of construction progress * Resolution of technical issues * Ensure regulatory compliance * Preparation of progress reports * Ensure timely and proper project handover Requirements * Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering * Experience: Minimum 2 years coordinating urban development projects * Knowledge of urban infrastructure implementation Salary: $22,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
