Participation in onboarding activities **What you’ll do:** ##### **What you will do:** * Support the full cycle of Human Resources processes, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and personnel-related activities. * Collaborate with the HR team to prepare documentation, manage employee files, and maintain accuracy of records in the ATS system. * Contribute to process improvement projects, basic data analysis (KPI reporting), and preparation of periodic reports. * Support onboarding activities: preparing welcome packages, coordinating with IT and operational departments, and tracking the integration of new colleagues. ##### **What is required:** * University student in final semesters (must be actively enrolled during the internship) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. * Availability for working hours from at least 7 a.m. \- 2 p.m. * Interest and basic knowledge of recruitment processes, document management, and office tools (MS Office, especially Excel). * Familiarity with—or willingness to learn—ATS systems and HR management platforms. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; intermediate English proficiency is desirable. * Ability to work in a team, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to handle confidential information. ##### **What’s in it for you:** * Attractive compensation package * Participation in company events, recognition programs, family activities, and student/university benefits. * Gender-based pay equity Autoliv takes pride in being an equal opportunity employer.
