




Job Summary: Group TSM is seeking a GPS Monitor to supervise and control transportation vehicles, ensure route and safety protocol compliance, and coordinate incident responses. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor the real-time location and status of vehicles. 2. Track driver routes and verify compliance with assigned routes. 3. Report incidents and follow up on system alerts. We operate terminals and offices at the most important logistics hubs across the Mexican Republic. **We are currently seeking a GPS Monitor!!** **1. General Requirements:** · **Age:** 20 to 45 years old · **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in vehicle monitoring, logistics, security, or traffic control. **Education:** Technical degree in Logistics, Security, or Information Technology. **2. Job Responsibilities:** · Monitor the real-time location and status of vehicles using satellite tracking platforms (e.g., AutoTrac, GPSafe). · Track driver routes to verify compliance with assigned routes or detect possible deviations. · Record relevant events (unauthorized stops, delays, deviations, mechanical failures, etc.) in the designated system or logbook. · Follow up on system-generated alerts (e.g., speeding, unauthorized door openings, signal loss, etc.). · Report incidents to the relevant departments (traffic, maintenance, human resources). · Maintain constant communication with drivers to confirm their location, trip status, and safety conditions. · Respond to driver calls and messages, providing support and channeling information as required, including coordination of loading and unloading activities. · Ensure compliance with safety protocols, such as inspection checkpoints, authorized stops, and scheduled hours. · Prepare daily or shift-based reports on vehicle status and recorded incidents. · Support emergency situations (accidents, thefts, mechanical failures) by coordinating with the appropriate department and notifying responsible personnel. · Verify correct trip scheduling and identify inconsistencies in route or vehicle assignments. · Follow up on service order closures, confirming that vehicles have returned properly and received required servicing. · Maintain communication with traffic staff for route adjustments or re-scheduling. · Ensure drivers report in at each designated stop; escalate per protocol if not reported.
