**Junior Procurement Analyst**
Contract: Indefinite-term.
Salary: Competitive.
Location: SPARTEK Industrial Park, Palo Alto (CP 76709\), Querétaro, Mexico \| Work Mode: 100% on-site.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00\.
**Job Objective:**
Support supply chain operations, ensuring efficient execution of procurement, logistics, supplier management, and process tracking under the supervision of the immediate supervisor.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Execute domestic and international procurement of materials and products, following requests and authorizations from the supervisor.
* Analyze procurement requisitions, verifying information and justifications for approval.
* Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and product quality.
* Evaluate supplier suitability and performance.
* Prepare procurement control reports, including supplier data, pricing, delivery timelines, terms, and transportation details.
* Track the entire transportation process, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time delivery.
* Supervise internal product storage, movement, and distribution, guiding the warehouse responsible person.
* Identify and prospect new suppliers while maintaining positive relationships with existing ones.
* Obtain freight and transportation quotations to ensure optimal cost\-benefit ratio.
* Track procurement activities, keeping requesters informed about the status of each stage.
* Use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as specified by Industrial Safety, in compliance with Industrial Safety standards.
* Safeguard company assets.
* Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
* Ensure confidentiality and protection of corporate information.
* Strictly comply with the company’s Internal Regulations and Code of Ethics and Conduct.
**Requirements:**
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years of experience.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Knowledge of negotiation and supplier analysis.
