We are looking for a passionate **Branch Manager (Bricks and Roof Tiles)** with a strong drive for sales, operational control, and team management to lead our branch. **What will be your mission?** You will serve as the operational pillar of our store, ensuring that administrative processes, inventory control, and customer service meet the highest standards of excellence set by our Commercial and Administrative Directorate. **Your main challenges will be:** * **Commercial Management and Sales:** Serve customers at the counter, advise them on our portfolio of clay products, and ensure the store’s product display is impeccable to maximize sales. * **Administrative Control:** Manage petty cash, prepare daily collections reports, safeguard valuables (e.g., checks), and process purchase orders in the system. * **Logistics and Supply:** Conduct monthly physical inventory counts, manage stock replenishment, and develop partnerships with local freight carriers to ensure efficient deliveries. * **Asset Maintenance:** Oversee the proper condition of forklifts, cargo trucks, and physical facilities through logbooks and maintenance programs. **What profile are we seeking?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years managing branches, warehouse control, or operational administration. * **Skills:** Proficiency in Excel, experience with billing/inventory systems, and excellent customer service skills. * **Attitude:** Organized individual with a strong sense of integrity, proactive mindset, and willingness to support operational tasks (e.g., loading/unloading) when required. **What do we offer?** * Competitive salary and job stability. * Ongoing training through our Moodle platform. * Opportunity to join a leading company with an international presence. * Statutory benefits and an excellent work environment.
