Relevant experience in highway construction **Job Description** An infrastructure-sector company is seeking a **Pavement Supervisor** for a highway construction project. The position will be responsible for supervising land transportation and infrastructure works, ensuring project compliance, adherence to applicable regulations, and correct on-site execution of works. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field * **Professional degree and license:** **Mandatory** * **Experience:** 3 to 5 years supervising pavement and highway construction works * **Availability:** On-site work in Querétaro **Main Responsibilities** * Supervision of land transportation and infrastructure works * Preparation of reports and progress tracking * Review and preparation of work generators * Control and monitoring of project execution * Preparation of meeting minutes, technical reports, and construction logs * Verification of compliance with applicable regulations **Software** * AutoCAD – **advanced level (full proficiency)** * Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint **Regulations** * Knowledge and application of **SICT Regulations** * **NOM-STPS** standards **Competencies** * Responsibility and punctuality * Proactive attitude * Teamwork * Ability to propose technical solutions * Results-oriented approach **We Offer** * Integration into an infrastructure project * Stability throughout the project duration * Experience in relevant highway-sector construction projects Employment type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract duration: 12 months Application question(s): * Do you hold a professional degree and license? * What is your salary expectation? * Do you reside in Querétaro? * What procedure do you follow to verify that an asphalt layer complies with SICT quality standards? * How many years of experience do you have as a pavement supervisor? * Please list at least three projects you have worked on.
