Role Purpose Drive **profitable and sustainable** growth by managing the entire sales cycle: **prospecting, development, negotiation, sale, delivery, collections, and customer retention** for clients (construction companies, developers, architects, and distributors). Key Responsibilities * Design and implement **commercial strategies** for construction projects and specialized products. * **Prospect, activate, and manage** opportunities. * Achieve sales, margin, and collection **budgets**. * Negotiate with **corporate clients, contractors, and distributors**, and close value-based agreements. * Provide **end-to-end follow-up** on orders, deliveries, and incidents, ensuring excellence in service. * Monitor **KPIs** (sales, coverage, and profitability) and propose **territorial improvements**. * Coordinate with **logistics, finance, and operations** to ensure product availability and timely deliveries. Profile and Requirements * **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, or related field. * **2 years** of B2B project sales experience. * Proficiency in **B2B strategies** and **contract negotiation**. * Strong **leadership, planning, and results-oriented** capabilities. * **Willingness to travel** and support projects across various regions. * **Desirable:** Experience with **CRM** systems and familiarity with /construction products.
