Opportunity for development in project administration Candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields, with the following characteristics: Age: 22 to 30 years old Availability for travel Attributes: Honesty and Responsibility (will handle financial resources) Minimum overall GPA of 9.3 (some exceptions may apply) Valid driver’s license (preferably commercial driver’s license) As a Project Administrator, your main responsibilities will be as follows (prior experience is not required, as you will receive prior training): * Proper application of assigned human, material, and financial resources. * Timely and accurate review and registration of accounting documentation in the MySAP system. * Hiring, monitoring, recording, and reporting all matters related to staffing. * Verifying that workers are duly registered with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). * Managing the onboarding and offboarding of workers assigned to the project. * Preparing, monitoring, recording, adjusting, and reporting budgets and their execution. * Preparing, recording, and requesting disbursement of funds and treasury programs. * Processing payments to workers, suppliers, service providers, and applicable taxes. * Conducting, recording, and receiving all acquisitions of goods and services. * Receiving, verifying, monitoring, dispatching, and recording all movable assets, materials, equipment, and tools. * Preparing custody records, reconciliations, and physical inventories.
