This role is critical to ensuring personnel support, incident control, and operational assistance. **Essential Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * **Minimum 2\-3 years’ experience in transportation/logistics companies (MANDATORY)** * Experience managing operational staff * Experience in pre-payroll processing and incident handling * Availability for on-site work **Responsibilities** * Preparation of pre-payroll and incident tracking (absences, deductions, etc.) * Support for drivers (payroll, advances, inquiries, complaints) * Recruitment of operational and administrative staff * Onboarding and initial training * Personnel file control and assembly * Management of hiring and termination processes (coordination with external law firms) * Employment terminations * Internal communications (announcements, operational changes) * Control of driver allowances and expense reports * Coordination of documentation required for trips * Vehicle document control (circulation permits, inspections) * Updating policies and regulations **We Offer** * Salary: $20,000 to $25,000 gross monthly * Biweekly punctuality and attendance bonus (20%) * Statutory benefits * Salary review after 3 months * Work tools (laptop, mobile phone, recruitment platforms) **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Experience: * Transportation and logistics: 1 year (Required) Work Location: On-site employment
