Clean glass surfaces in public and staff areas. Clean floor surfaces in public and staff areas using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment. Dust surfaces in assigned areas. Empty trash containers, ashtrays, and ash urns located in public areas into appropriate receptacles. Inspect furniture condition and check for breaks, tears, or stains; report damages. Clean and maintain lighting fixtures. Place caution signs to reduce foot traffic when necessary. Contact other departments directly if urgent repairs are needed. Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventive or maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company assets. Support all coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team to achieve common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Move at a pace required to respond to work situations (e.g., run, walk, jog). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects). Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination. Reach above the head and below the knees, including bending, twisting the waist, dragging, and stooping. Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Move across sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairways. Climb up and down ladders. Ascend and descend service stairways and/or ramps. Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing 55 pounds (24.75 kg) or less unassisted, and more than 55 pounds (24.75 kg) with assistance. Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other job-related machinery on sloped and uneven surfaces. Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods or very frequently during a full work shift. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
