Position: **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **Location:** Cozumel, Quintana Roo **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM **Requirements:** * Technical degree or incomplete/complete engineering degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial Electricity, or related field. * Minimum experience of **1 to 3 years in maintenance**. * Prior experience in **customer service and route-based work**. * Knowledge of electricity, electronics, mechanics, and control systems. * Ability to interpret **electrical diagrams** and technical manuals. * Proficiency in using **hand tools**, electric tools, and measuring equipment. * Availability to perform **on-call duties and respond to emergencies**. * Willingness to **travel to various service sites**. * Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on elevators, escalators, and moving ramps. * Inspect equipment to detect mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures. * Diagnose malfunctions and carry out safe and efficient repairs. * Verify proper operation of systems. * Respond to emergency reports and perform rescues when required. * Prepare service reports and document maintenance activities. * Maintain communication with customers regarding equipment status and work performed. **We Offer:** * Base salary: **$17,300** gross per month. * Guarantee period: $4,700 per month (first 3 months). * Productivity bonuses (10 days’ salary). * Commissions for spare parts sales. * On-call bonus ($1,800 weekly). * Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 30 days’ salary. * Vacation: 12 days in the first year. * Vacation premium of 60%. * Savings fund contribution of 12%. * Grocery vouchers: 6.5% of monthly base salary. * Life insurance: Coverage equal to 24 months’ base salary + 280 UMA. * Company vehicle (utility type). **Desired Education Level:** Upper Secondary Education **Desired Experience Level:** Expert Level **Departmental Function:** Maintenance and Repairs **Industry:** Repair and Maintenance **Skills:** * maintenance * customer service * electromechanics *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a146a3d3800002e00c5f6a6\&source\=indeed*
