We want your talent as a Systems Assistant! **Requirements:** * Completed degree in **Computer Systems Engineering**, **Information Technologies**, **Computer Science**, **Software Engineering**, or related field. * Basic knowledge and familiarity with **Artificial Intelligence**. * Basic knowledge and introductory proficiency in **programming languages**. * Experience in **hardware and software maintenance and support**. * Basic knowledge of **networks** (structured cabling, WiFi, router configuration, basic protocols such as IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). * Use of **remote support tools**. * Knowledge of operating systems: **Windows (mandatory)**. * Knowledge and proficiency in office productivity software. * Experience with ERP systems (**SAP**) and point-of-sale systems. * Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and networks. * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of computers, radios, and peripherals. * Manage data backups and software licensing. * Assist in coordinating inventories of computer equipment and consumables. * Collaborate in **software development** projects and technological innovation initiatives. * Track incidents and technological requests from departments and the company. * Support all tasks delegated by the immediate supervisor. * Contribute to operational activities (focused on the area) as required by operations. **Rotating weekly schedules or as required by operations:** Monday to Friday: 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM / 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM Saturday: 7:45 AM to 1:15 PM Sunday: Fixed day off **We Offer:** * **Net monthly salary:** $9,582 MXN (minimum wage). * **Punctuality and attendance bonus:** $418 MXN per month. * **Total net income:** $10,000 MXN per month. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for learning and professional development. * Practical experience in technological innovation projects. * Collaborative work environment and growth potential.
