Job Offer: * **Monthly Salary:** $22,000 net * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Location:** Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo. * **Reports To:** Site Supervisor / Resident Engineer * **Work Mode:** On-site Essential Requirements: **Education:** * Completed primary or secondary education. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience as a backhoe loader operator in civil construction projects. * Experience in excavations, trenching, foundations, backfilling, and grading. * Consistent on-site work under established safety guidelines. * Availability to work at any assigned site location. **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Safe operation of backhoe loaders. * Basic ability to read layout markings, elevations, and depths. * Fundamental knowledge of preventive maintenance for heavy machinery. * Safety and hygiene regulations applicable to construction sites. * Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Key Responsibilities: * Operate the backhoe loader for excavation, trenching, and material handling. * Perform loading, backfilling, and grading tasks according to engineering drawings and specifications. * Conduct daily mechanical and operational inspections of the equipment prior to use. * Promptly report malfunctions, damages, or maintenance requirements. * Keep the machinery clean and in optimal operating condition. * Strictly adhere to site safety protocols and construction guidelines. * Coordinate maneuvers with support staff and supervisors. * Respect layout markings, elevations, depths, and alignments defined by the technical department. * Assist in site signage and work area demarcation. * Record relevant incidents during the work shift. * Adhere to the project schedule timelines.
