Information and documentation control ### **Automotive Service Administrative Assistant – Chevrolet** **Position Objective:** Provide administrative support to the service department, ensuring accurate work order management, customer service, and process tracking to guarantee efficient operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in opening and closing service orders * Data entry and information control in the system * Tracking of vehicles undergoing service * Basic customer assistance and guidance * Management of departmental files and documentation * Support in billing and coordination with the workshop **Requirements:** * Education: Technical/Administrative degree or Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) * Experience in administrative functions (automotive industry experience preferred) * Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented attitude
