Continuous training and professional development. ### **Financiera Crédito si / Banca Afirme** We are currently seeking Branch Supervisors in Sabinas, Hidalgo. ### **Job Objective** Supervise and coordinate the field sales and collections team to ensure effective placement of **group loans**, achievement of commercial targets, and proper portfolio recovery. ### **✅** **Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage **sales and collections** teams. * Ensure correct **placement of group loans**. * Monitor progress toward placement and collection targets. * Train, mentor, and motivate the team under your supervision. * Monitor team performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with the financial institution’s policies and procedures. ### **Requirements** * Experience in **sales and/or collections** (mandatory). * Experience in **team management**. * Prior experience in the **financial sector** is preferred. * Results-oriented mindset. * Strong communication skills and leadership ability. * Willingness to perform **field work**. ### **We Offer** * **Base salary:** $12,466 per month * ➕ **Uncapped commissions** * ✅ Statutory benefits * Direct employment with the bank * Uniforms * **Training bonus:** $2,500 per month for **2 months** * Financial products at preferential rates * Continuous training **Are you interested?** Apply through this channel
