Job stability and professional growth ### **Junior Technical Consultant (Control\-M)** Location: Colonia Clavería, Azcapotzalco, CDMX Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Salary: $15,000 to $20,000 net monthly Technology-focused company seeking a Junior Technical Consultant to join its team. **Job Description:** The Junior Technical Consultant will provide operational support and assistance in production environments, collaborating with various IT departments to resolve incidents, execute changes, and monitor technological processes. **Experience Requirements:** * 1–2 years of verifiable experience in IT areas such as Level 2 Support, Operations, Monitoring, Systems Administration, or Implementation. * Experience working with Networking, Security, Database, or Development teams. * Knowledge of work methodologies such as ITIL, ticket management, and change control. **Required Technical Skills:** * Operating Systems: solid command-line proficiency in Linux/Unix and basic Windows Server administration. * Infrastructure: understanding of application-to-application communication (ports, protocols, firewalls). * Databases: basic SQL queries and understanding of database structure. * Cloud: foundational knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (instances, storage, scalability). * APIs: understanding of REST APIs, GET and POST methods, and JSON or XML formats. * Modern IT: interest or foundational knowledge in DevOps, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), or CI/CD tools. * Prior experience with monitoring tools or job schedulers (though not necessarily Control\-M) is desirable. **Key Competencies:** * Systemic vision to understand the business impact of technological changes. * Consulting skills to explain technical solutions to non-technical users. * Analytical and proactive attitude for log review and problem resolution. **We Offer:** * Net monthly salary of $15,000 to $20,000\. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Starting from the third month: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * 30-day year-end bonus * + Performance bonuses 2–3 times per year. + Job stability and professional growth in technology.
