**JOB TITLE:** * Master Interior Designer **SPECIALIZATION:** * Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design (Certified) **EXPERIENCE:** * 8\-10 years in project planning, interior design, supplier negotiation, client relations, and personnel management. * Experience in AAA residential interior design and hospitality projects. * Advanced English **SOFTWARE:** AutoCAD: advanced, SketchUp: advanced, Photoshop: advanced, 3ds Max: intermediate, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook): intermediate. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, manage, and control the development and delivery of interior projects, ensuring compliance with the scope, timeline, and quality requirements of each project. * Schedule activities, reviews, and deliveries to internal and external clients and suppliers. * Assign workloads among department staff. * Maintain up-to-date interior project tracking. * Design spaces by proposing fixed and loose furniture and contextual elements: o Understand client preferences and needs o Develop interior design concepts for client proposals o Supervise the creation of concept catalogs o Supervise the preparation of initial proposals for clients o Ensure that floor plans are updated with furniture selected by the client o Approve fixed furniture designs o Support the client in selecting finishes for their project * Conduct negotiations with suppliers of various products. * Place orders with selected suppliers. * Provide selected finish materials to suppliers for manufacturing. * Track purchased products. * Verify conformity of purchased products. * Process client billing for authorized products. * Follow up on commitments made. * Keep clients informed of the status of their interior projects. * Inform project teams of interior-related changes requested by clients. * Carry out product installation according to the design approved by the client. * Deliver completed areas to the client. * Supervise the maintenance of an updated furniture and product catalog for client proposals. • Any other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
