At FIDEICOMISO 728 FIPATERM, we invite you to join our team as an Energy Advisor and carry out actions related to electricity savings and efficient energy use, in collaboration with the Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE). Requirements: * Degree or ongoing studies in Electrical Engineering / Renewable Energy / Mechatronics / Electromechanics or related fields. * Completed technical degree in Electricity or related field. * Experience in electrical measurement work (low and medium voltage). * Experience in customer service. * Valid driver's license. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Basic knowledge of electricity. * Punctuality. * Responsible and productive. * Must reside in Monterrey, N.L. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct low-voltage energy diagnostics (1st, 2nd, and 3rd level) for CFE customers. * Manage, organize, evaluate, and execute work requests generated by CFE customers due to complaints or electricity service reviews. * Generate weekly productivity reports. Training is provided in the residential electrical sector, covering topics such as: * Testing of residential and commercial installations. * Electricity tariffs. * Energy-saving advisory for residential and commercial sectors. * Generation of energy diagnostics. Job Information: * Monday to Friday. * Schedule: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. * Statutory benefits. * Vehicle assigned during working hours. * Office and field work. * Biweekly payroll.
