**Position Overview:** Toensure the factory's internal quality performance by maintaining process stability, improving production capacity, and preventing defects through systematic problem\-solving and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Report supplier quality issues to IQC/SQE * Develop sorting and rework methods based on production needs to maintain quality standards. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to support warranty and online quality improvements . * Report key quality issues to management so that further action can be taken. * Lead **process reviews** and **control plan updates** to ensure robust process control and effective risk mitigation. * Monitor **SPC trends to detect process changes and verify the** timely and effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Actively participate in Quality, Reliability, and Quality **Control (QRQC) meetings , drive root cause analysis** related to processes , and ensure the resolution of quality issues. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * At least 5 years of work experience in quality engineering or manufacturing process quality (automotive industry preferred). * Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control methods, and inspection techniques. * Proficient in PFMEA, control plans, SPC, MSA, and APQP/PPAP requirements. * Proficient in statistical analysis and quality tools for process capability and trend analysis.monitor. * Familiar with IATF 16949 and customer\-specific requirements. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software. * **Proficiency in Spanish and English languages (written and verbal)** Job Type: Full\-time Language: * english (Required) Work Location: In person
