A leading company in the food industry and industrial dining halls nationwide is seeking an Operations Supervisor for an industrial dining hall at CEFRESO, Paredón, Coahuila. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or technical degree Experience: Minimum of 1 year in similar positions Knowledge of food safety systems Knowledge of standards 017 and 018 Personnel management What will you do in this position? Check temperature measurements of dishes and refrigeration chambers Inspect personal hygiene of food staff Supervise food portion sizes Inspect cleanliness of various areas within the food preparation area (PPA) Supervise the completion of meal attendee lists during service periods (breakfast, lunch, dinner) Follow up on TAG tickets to ensure timely execution Ensure that food staff complete various logs within the PPA Verify that the sum of food inserts brought by the general food assistant matches the total amount of food to be served Together with the food assistant, complete temperature records in the modules Ensure deep cleaning tasks are completed according to the scheduled calendar Provide PPE to team members under your supervision Ensure your team completes cleaning tasks in assigned areas on time Follow up on tickets issued in your area Guarantee compliance with NOM-251, as well as hygiene, food safety, and quality standards Implement and supervise Distintivo H procedures and good hygienic practices for food handling We offer: Monthly salary of 15,000 Weekly performance bonus Weekly pay Meals provided during work hours Statutory benefits from day one Initial 6-month contract, with possibility of renewal or extension If interested, please apply through this platform and send your CV.
