




**Summary** Coordinate and supervise engineering activities related to CNC machining processes, ensuring cycle time optimization, part quality, and compliance with automotive industry standards. Act as the liaison between production, maintenance, quality, and product design, guaranteeing continuous improvement and implementation of new technologies in the machining area. **Tasks and Responsibilities** \- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on scrap reduction, downtime, and tooling costs. \- Participate in new product development (NPI) ensuring manufacturability (DFM) and compliance with critical tolerances. \- Implement and maintain process standardization according to automotive standards (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP). \- Coordinate pilot trials and process validation with quality, production, and maintenance departments. \- Manage CNC programs on the central server, ensuring version control and traceability. \- Oversee procurement and maintenance of equipment, cutting tools, and programming software (CAM). \- Train technical staff and operators on newly implemented technologies or processes. \- Report key performance indicators (OEE, scrap, cycle times, improvement plan compliance). **Education / Qualifications** \- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field \- More than 5 years of experience in CNC machining processes within the automotive or metalworking industry \- Experience in CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, or similar) \- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (NX, Mastercam, Catia, SolidCAM, etc.) \- Experience in GD\&T blueprint interpretation and tolerance analysis **What We Offer** In addition to future prospects in our growing global family-owned company, Mubea offers opportunities for continuous development, actively supporting your ideas and goals.
