Schedule: Full-time Work Mode: In-person Requirement: Bilingual (English, Spanish) ***Job Objective*** Provide efficient and high-quality customer service by managing inbound and outbound calls, ensuring necessary information is collected, cases are followed up on promptly, and effective communication is maintained with customers and internal teams. Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and ensure compliance with established performance metrics. ***Responsibilities:*** Answer inbound and outbound calls, delivering excellent service. Follow up with and update customers. Transfer calls to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain effective communication with customers and the team. Record and update information in the CRM system. Perform other assigned tasks. **Requirements:** --------------- ***Requirements and Skills:*** High school diploma.
