




- **Required Skills:** * \+ 3 years of experience in the automotive industry. * Intermediate English. * Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies (preferred). * Personnel management * Effective communication. * Problem\-solving skills. * Basic SAP proficiency. * Office skills.**General Functions:** * Compliance with the daily production plan. * Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficient production. * Monitor production schedules and adjust them as needed to meet customer demand. * Communicate with other departments and teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues that may arise. * Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and implement necessary corrective measures. * Collaborate with management to set production targets and establish goals for the production team. * Meet the overtime budget. * Meet the plant's quality objectives for complaints, FTQ, and CoPQ. * Develop assigned personnel. * Monitoring and implementation of defined safety, personnel, quality, and operational systems. * Continuous improvement to achieve results and optimize operations. * Analyzing production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
