A company in the field of security and intramural protection services is seeking an Operational Supervisor. **Requirements** * Age: 30 years and older * Academic level: Technical degree or incomplete Bachelor's degree. * Training in security and personnel management / desirable. * Valid driver's license (manual transmission). * Flexible availability regarding work schedule. **Responsibilities** · Ensure staff are aware of operational directives according to the service they perform. · Review route, incident report, supervision report, and vehicle inspection from the previous shift. · Verify and ensure full coverage of required personnel at each location along the supervision route. · Ensure operational staff wear complete uniforms and safety equipment, verified via checklist. · Provide basic training to staff on performance of their duties. · Implement actions to reduce staff turnover. · Supervise operational staff activities during service delivery. · Timely and proper reporting of staff incidents to the immediate supervisor. · Report location-specific needs. · Address issues arising during the supervision route and analyze root causes to prevent recurrence. · Prepare incident report, supervision report, and vehicle inspection report at shift closure. · Generate reports required by the client. · Support operational activities assigned by the immediate supervisor. **We Offer** Statutory benefits Training and ongoing professional development in the field Position type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Company phone Workplace: On-site employment
