You will manage recruitment and selection for operational and administrative profiles. You will coordinate onboarding and personnel document control. You will supervise training and conduct the Needs Diagnosis (DNC). You will handle HR incidents and support payroll preparation. You will manage labor relations matters (notices, warnings, terminations). You will participate in OD projects: organizational climate, evaluations, organizational charts. You will create and standardize key HR processes. You will prepare reports and metrics to drive strategic decisions. What we’re looking for in you Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in HR. Knowledge of Mexican Labor Law (LFT), training, and payroll preparation. Intermediate Excel skills. Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and supervise. Why FibriT?
