




We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Secretary. Work mode: In-person Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM This is your opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Assistant/Secretary. We seek a candidate with ***experience in government procedure management***, as well as experience handling, controlling, and safeguarding administrative documentation (both physical and digital). If selected, you will provide direct support to the administrative department, ensuring compliance with internal processes and delivering professional service to clients during official procedures. ***Functions and responsibilities:*** * Organize, classify, and safeguard physical and digital files according to company guidelines. * Prepare and update logs, tracking reports, and procedure control records. * Manage and track procedures with the Tax Administration Service (SAT): registrations, cancellations, RFC updates, issuance of compliance opinions, appointment scheduling, among others. * Conduct procedures with the National Institute of Migration (INM): immigration status regularization, permits, renewals, and case file tracking. * Carry out procedures with COFEPRIS, the Public Registry, and other federal, state, and municipal agencies. (**Desirable**) * Accompany clients during RFC registration at SAT and bank account opening, ensuring professional and efficient service. * Compile, verify, and submit official documentation required for each procedure. * Provide client assistance and guidance, as well as coordinate with authorities and third parties when necessary. * Support general administrative tasks within the department. ***Job requirements*** Academic background in: * Secretarial Technology * Business Administration * Administrative Technology * Related technical or bachelor’s degree programs ***Experience*** * Procedures with SAT, INM, and COFEPRIS (**Mandatory**) and other government institutions (**Desirable**). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital platforms of public agencies. * Strong organizational, document analysis, and attention-to-detail skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with professional interaction with clients and authorities (**Mandatory**). * Intermediate or advanced English (B2/C1). ***Age range: 21–26 years*** ***We offer:*** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience (MXN $10,000–$15,000). * Statutory benefits. * Ongoing training in governmental and administrative procedures. * Professional growth opportunities.
