WE ARE SEEKING FIELD DEVELOPER **MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Conduct daily service quality visits to customers according to the customer analysis provided by the CAT Supervisor and Branch Manager to promote sales and meet budget targets. Visit active customers to verify service quality and report to the CAT Supervisor and Branch Manager any incidents reported by customers regarding service, supply, and pricing. Visit inactive customers (no purchase recorded for over one month) to reactivate sales. Prospect new customers to expand the customer portfolio. Maintain up-to-date customer database (address, phone number, contact person, Tax Status Certificate). Support the Branch Manager with deliveries and collections as required.
