Evidence of this are the more than 7,000 satisfied customers in Mexico and Latin America, with whom we are committed, providing services to large multinational corporations as well as local companies. **Job Description** **Main Responsibilities:** Drive the company's technological development by proposing and promoting the application of best available techniques, as well as carrying out new developments when necessary. Enhance developments related to well exploitation, search for new sources, district metering, pressure regulation and management, remote monitoring, geographic information systems, active leakage detection, mathematical modeling of networks, advanced drainage management, etc. Supervise the proper management of field and administrative work according to corresponding performance indicators and in line with generated and planned costs. Propose timely improvements for the operation of areas under responsibility, in accordance with best practices and available resources. Supervise projects, studies, budgets, and master plans developed, proposing necessary modifications for better planning and execution of infrastructure. Participate in the approval of feasibility studies for new developments according to system requirements and availability (Feasibility Committee). Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies at all times, contributing to the ongoing certification of the company's quality systems. Plan and carry out research and development activities with state, national, and international companies. Maintain, foster, and improve relationships with government entities: local, state, and federal agencies according to assignment, as well as various interest groups. Member of different technical committees at Veolia. Member of the Urban Development Council of the Municipality of Saltillo. Draft technical studies supporting business models (new concessions, management contracts, construction contracts, etc.) Intervene in solving supply-related problems and crises with stakeholders. **Requirements** Education: Civil and/or Industrial Engineering Experience: 5 years of experience in water and drinking water networks, managerial level; a master’s degree in integrated water cycle is desirable Knowledge: Calculation and design of sanitary drainage, sewerage, and drinking water networks.
