At **Chanitos**, we are looking for a **Topographic Designs and Surveys Coordinator** to join our team in **Tapachula, Chiapas**. This role is essential to ensure accuracy and quality in topographic studies, infrastructure design, and technical management of agricultural and water resource projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct planimetric and altimetric topographic surveys. * Design infrastructure projects (drains, roads, platforms, dikes, among others). * Determine crop areas, considering slopes and terrain characteristics. * Manage water resources in productive zones. * Perform precise measurements for seed density control. * Use Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for managing topographic data. * Utilize 3D modeling software for project visualization and development. **Required Knowledge and Skills:** * Technical knowledge in geodesy, cartography, and GNSS. * Operation of total station, fixed level, and transit equipment. * Proficiency in surveying software and digital platforms. * Use and operation of drones for surveys and mapping. * Ability to measure, interpret, and map terrain accurately. * Capacity to work both in the field and office. **What we offer:** * Competitive salary. * Job stability. * Statutory benefits. * Career development plan and professional growth opportunities.
