Requirements: * Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * Experience in recruitment and selection * Knowledge of recruitment channels * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Proactive * Responsible * Sense of urgency Responsibilities: * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative personnel * Management of social media platforms to advertise job openings * Execution of recruitment and selection processes * Coordination of candidate interviews and follow-up on hiring processes Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, including one hour for lunch Saturday: 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM Position Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service Experience: * Recruitment: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: Onsite
